Paper III (300 marks, 150 MCQs, 3 hrs) covers Fundamental Rules/SR, Postal Financial Handbook, IT Modernization (CBS, IPPB, DARPAN, CSI), General Knowledge, Reasoning, and English. Qualifying marks: 40% per paper & 45% aggregate (General); 33% per paper & 38% aggregate (SC/ST/PwBD).
